Most insurance is accepted, and our office will file your charges with up to two insurance carriers electronically. Payment plans are available for balances after your insurance has paid its portion. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay or deductible at the time of your service. Currently, charges during your first office visit can range from $120 to $250.

If you do not have insurance, we require full payment for your first visit at the time of service. Payment plans are available after the first visit.

We accept Medicare assignment. If you have supplemental insurance, we will file the patient’s 20% share.

Patients are responsible for understanding their own insurance benefits, coverage, co-payments, and procedures for obtaining referrals and authorizations.
